These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Atrium Flourish platform and our SMS messaging program. By participating in surveys delivered by Atrium Flourish—through the web or by text message—you agree to these Terms.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS communications from Atrium Flourish, you agree to receive text messages related to your school's faculty engagement program.

These messages may include:

  • faculty pulse survey invitations
  • survey reminders
  • participation notifications
  • engagement-related communications

Message frequency varies depending on your school's survey schedule.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

For assistance, reply HELP.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Atrium Flourish reserves the right to modify or discontinue messaging services at any time.

Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm:

  • you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided
  • you consent to receive SMS communications as described above

Acceptable use

  • Provide honest, good-faith responses to surveys.
  • Do not submit abusive, harassing, or unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Survey responses are anonymized before being shown to your school's leadership, with a minimum-of-five-response threshold for any segment view.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free message delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atrium Flourish will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or the SMS program.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through your School Admin and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
